Client: Jotown International Pty Limited & Wakefield Ashurst Developments Pty Limited

Management of design phase and development consent for this 140 apartment (4&5 storey) development to be delivered over 2 stages. Stage 1 (70 apartments, 2 level basement and landscaping) is complete and registered. Our role included management of strata subdivision and oversight of Contract Superintendent.

Client: CP Pymble Developments Pty Limited

Manage s96 (now 4.55) modification of approved design to improve compliance with SEPP65, appreciation of site constraints and meet market requirements. Design was within previously approved envelopes and height controls. We also managed the D&C tender phase prior to handing over to client-based Superintendent. We provided ongoing advice throughout the development.

Client: Mimagg Pty Ltd & Wakefield Ashurst Developments Pty Ltd

Manage consultant procurement, design, Authority liaison and preparation of development application (approved) for 4 & 5 storey development comprising 108 apartments (within 2 blocks - 1, 2 & 3 bedroom), 2 level basement and landscape. Future tender and construction phases subject to market conditions.

Manage completion of distressed project on hold at approximately 25% construction. Assist developer prepare a new contract and act as Client Representative for completion of works. Project comprised 4 commercial units, 32 residential apartments, basement parking and landscaping.

Manage consultant procurement, design, Authority liaison and preparation of development application (approved) for 5-7 storey development comprising 224 apartments (within 6 blocks - 1, 2 & 3 bedroom), 2 level basement and landscape. Future tender and construction phases subject to market conditions.

Client: Wakefield Ashurst Developments Pty Limited

Development consent has been achieved. We are acting as Client Representative during final contractor negotiations. Upon satisfaction of required pre-sales, we will act as Superintendent for the construction phase. Development comprises 34 apartments, basement parking and landscaping.

Avenida, Epping

Client: Yue Hao Developments Pty Limited

Manage preparation and approval of development application for residential flat building comprising 67 apartments in 2 buildings over basement parking. Significant site constraints included flood, central stormwater and sewer easements, tree preservation and neighbour concerns. We achieved DA consent following a lengthy approval process via the JRPP and handed over to a client-side Superintendent.
