CONTRACT SUPERINTENDENCE

The role of Superintendent (or Client Representative, Principal's Representative) is regularly part of the Project Management scope of services, however we are often engaged to act as Superintendent independent of other management team members.
Essentially, the role is to manage the construction phase of the project and administer the contract in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. Initially, we may provide advice or observations (based on previous experience) to the Client & Legal Advisors during the contract preparation stage.

Specific tasks required of a Superintendent include:

Assist the contract execution phase (including receiving the requisite security)
